We’ve been on the road since late October 2019. Traveling has quickly become a lifestyle for us and we are enjoying exploring new territory, meeting new friends, and coming to love our little house on wheels.

We’ve been staying in parks, mostly state and national, and spending some time at friends’ homes along the way. We decided that bikes would provide an easy way to explore large parks without having to “break camp”. We found Townie bikes by Trek, which are geared as named, for around-town riding, as opposed to mountain biking.

Of course, as soon as we got the bikes, the rains began…oh, well, we’re in this for the long run, and we will get our chances to ride.
